I tried this today at least 8 times and at first it looks like it was fine, but after saving a .doc file after editing, when you pull back up in box it is all distorted, all formating was changed, and some paragraphs were missing. I only changed one word.....

Hi Paul - your documents are kept private. Zoho only stores the file for editing temporarily, and removes it from their servers once you save and close.

Hi Alessio, at the moment we do not provide a means of creating new documents, spreadsheets, etc, within Box. However, you can upload these file types into Box and edit them from there.
