Zoho is an online productivity suite that lets you edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly within your browser. It is compatible with a wide range of file types, making it useful for quick editing without having to download files and then upload them once again when you are done.

Zoho’s integration with Box.net makes for an ideal tool to edit documents within your account. You can send files directly to Zoho and modify them, then save them back to your Box account once changes are made.

To use Zoho, right click on a file and select “Edit document,” “Edit spreadsheet,” or “Edit presentation.” The file will open, and you can use Zoho’s intuitive interface to change it. When you are done, save it, and it will overwrite the original file in your Box account.
