Hi David, can you try again? We had an issue with files or folder that had special characters in the name. It should be working now

I tried the Outlook option. It does open an Outlook email but the link to the file doesn't appear in the email body or subject. I think I tried this a few days ago and the link to the file did show up. Not sure if I have done something wrong though

I have a Mac OSX 10.5.2 and I use Apple Mail and Firefox 2.0.0.14. I added this service and it worked fine as expected putting the URL into an Apple Mail new email. :)

I am also using Firefox 2.0.0.14 on WinXP - When sending links to Outlook - files with spaces in the file name do not work properly. It will put the first word of the file name in the subject, but nothing else, no link.

I just want to thank Box.net support staff for getting in touch with me by email to offer help on this. For some reason 'mailto' links don't seem to work with my Firefox setup. This service works fine within IE on my PC and I thank you for it.

Hi, Aaron. I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.14 on Windows XP. It's possible I'm missing something really obvious here. Help welcomed.
