This position will play a key role in the company by supporting and enhancing the technology behind our online storage and sharing product. Responsibilities are diverse and include LAMP stack administration, network engineering, and on-site data center configuration.
Responsibilities:
Systems Support and Administration:
- Maintain, support, and enhance Linux systems using configuration management tools
- Improve logging, monitoring, and backup procedures
- Identify and resolve network issues
- Administer production storage
- Carry a pager; respond to Operations incidents on rotation
- Troubleshoot, install, and configure hardware on-site at data center
Systems Architecture and Enhancement:
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance our architecture
- Systematically identify and address single points of failure
- Measure server/storage utilization for capacity planning
- Assist in scaling our architecture into the multi-million users mark
Required Qualifications:
