Bring others to your account
You can instantly work with others from within your account using Box Sub Users. Give others limited access to your account if they do not have their own accounts. When you create Sub User accounts, you can specify their privileges with just a few clicks. Simply log in, click the 'Sub Users' tab under Collaboration, and instantly create as many Sub User accounts as your project requires. Multiple users can access, update, and upload files simultaneously.
Complete administrative control
As the account owner, you control it all. Add new Collaborators to folders, change their permissions, or remove them entirely. Even though you share the folder with their accounts, you will always retain full control over the data. You also will fully manage your Sub Users and their folder access. Enable read-only access, write-only access, or both read and write access. With activity statistics, you can also see exactly what your Sub Users have done most recently. With both features, you can always keep entire sections of your account 100% private while meeting your data sharing needs.
