Increo Solutions is now a part of Box.net

First of all, who is Box.net?
Box.net provides a web-based service where you can easily access, manage and share documents, media and all your content from anywhere. We've been around since 2005 and now serve nearly 3 million users and 50,000 businesses around the world, including P&G, MTV Networks, EllisDon, AARP, Saatchi and Saatchi and The Grammy Foundation.

How does this affect Increo's current customers?
For now, Backboard and Embedit.in will remain independent products, undergoing subtle changes as those services are integrated with Box's product offerings. Keep an eye out for some cool integrations between Box and these services in the future.

How will I get technical support for Embedit.in or Backboard moving forward?
Embedit.in and Backboard customers can continue to use Increo Solutions' support as they always have.

Who will be joining Box from the Increo team?
Increo's co-founders, Kimber Lockhart and Jeff Seibert Jr. have joined our development team. They're already hard at work, helping us bolster Box's document and media viewing capabilities and are working on some great things our customers can look forward to down the road.

What does that mean for Box customers?
We give customers so many ways to use their content online, not only with Box but with other sites and services they use every day. Bringing Increo's team and technology to Box will give customers a faster, better and more seamless experience for viewing documents and other media on Box. Looking ahead, we'll also be able provide a variety of rich collaboration experiences within Box and give customers new ways to embed their content on Box within other web sites and services.
