Your Box account contains several pages, each of which gives you access to different features available to your account. We have organized our content and features into different pages to help you easily navigate around.
The 'Updates' page is a great place to visit to see all the upload, download and update activity of your account, your 'Collaborators' and your 'Guests.' Think of it as the Inbox for your account where you can briefly see all of the latest activity.
The 'All Files' page is the heart of your account. This is where you can see all of your files. As on your computer's hard drive, you can organize your files on Box in folders and subfolders.
The 'Collaborators' page allows you to view and to grant others access to specific folders within your account, enabling them to collaborate on documents and projects. This page has two sub-tabs:
1) 'Collaborators' are Box.net users who have access to a Collaboration Folder on your account.
2) 'Guests' are associated with a unique username and password that provides visitors access to a specific folder within your account. The Guests feature is only available on Business accounts.
The 'Profile' page enables you to update your title, the name of the company where you work, and your contact information. The information on you profile page will help your team contact you.
The 'OpenBox' page allows you to add third-party applications and services to your account, enabling you to do more with your data. With these OpenBox services, you can edit documents and images online, send faxes directly from your Box account and much more.
