It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.net and .boxcdn.net. The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

Our widget will only stream or play *.flv (flash video file) file types. Here are some programs that we recommend for converting your video formats:

Mac:
Hey!Watch is an easy to use online service that encodes uploaded files, there is small fee for each video converted.

ffmpegX is recommended for more technical savvy users; however, it is free to use.

PC:
Any Video Converter is a free product which will allow you to encode with at least a 320x240 resolution.
