All payments are on a pre-paid basis. Upon finalizing an Enterprise account, we will provide the account holder with a contract that includes the details of the account and the cost for further expansion should the account holder require any additional storage space or users. There are no additional fees beyond the flat annual rate unless additional users or storage space are required. The completion and approval of the contract by both parties (Box.net and the account holder) is required to finalize the account. We will also provide an invoice (via email) for the first year's payment, to be paid in full within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Should payment be delayed, the Enterprise account will be frozen and will remain inaccessible until payment is received.
