Box Business allows you to provide your employees with a powerful file storage and sharing tool that is both simple and easy to use. Our services allow your workers to access files from anywhere, send and receive files of any size, create collaborative workspaces, and integrate resources from both inside and outside your organization.
An individual employee that is part of an Business account acts like any business account with our service. The administrator of an Business account, however, has a different set-up.
The following screenshot shows what an administrator sees upon first logging in. To log in as one of the Business account's users (i.e. to view the account as the user would), click the desired email address. To edit or remove an existing user, click the 'Actions' drop-down to the right of a given email address. To create a new user, click 'Add new user' at the top right of the page.
