It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Close and re-open your browser before returning to Box.net.Occasionally, clearing your browser's cache may help to eliminate common problems. You may need to clear the cache multiple times before it actually is completely cleared.

To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox:
1. Once your browser is open, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Clear Private Data.'
2. Remove checks from everything except 'Cache' and 'Cookies' which should be left checked.
3. Click 'Clear Private Data Now.'
4. Close and re-open your browser before returning to Box.net.

To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 6:
1. Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser and select 'Internet Options.'
2. Click the 'General' tab at the top of the dialogue box.
3. Click 'Delete Files' under 'Temporary Internet Files.'
4. Select 'Delete all offline content' by checking the box.
5. Click 'Ok.'
6. Close and re-open your browser before returning to Box.net.

To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 7:
1. Click the 'Tools' drop-down at the top-right of your browser.
2. Click 'Delete Browsing History.'
3. Click 'Delete Files’ as well as 'Delete Cookies.'
4. Close and re-open your browser before returning to Box.net.

To clear your cache in Safari 3.2:
1. Click on the 'Edit' menu and select 'Empty Cache.'
2. Click 'Empty' in the window that opens to clear the cache.
3. Close and re-open your browser before returning to Box.net.
