It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.net and .boxcdn.net. The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

The 'All Files' page is where you can see all of your files stored on Box.net. It is within this section that you are able to create folders, drag icons, and perform other basic functions much like you would on your own computer.

To download, delete, or move a file, click on the little blue box with the white downward arrow to access the drop-down menu. Options to modify, move, or delete the file will appear on this menu. At the top of the page, a file path displays the folder you are currently viewing. Clicking the ellipses returns you one level closer to the 'All files' root folder.

In the upper right of the page, you have two options: 'Upload, 'New Item' and 'New Folder.' The 'Filter,' 'Sort By:' and 'View:' options and the 'Search' function are also on this page.
