It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.net and .boxcdn.net. The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

To download a file, click on the little blue box with the white downward arrow and select 'Download.' This will start the download process. To download multiple files, check the box shown on the right hand side of each file. Once you have selected all applicable files scroll to the top of the file display area and click on 'Download' shown just below the 'New Folder' button. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm if you would like to download the selected files. If you click 'Okay' the files will be downloaded.







To download a folder or multiple folders, check the box shown on the right hand side of each folder. Once you have selected the applicable folder(s) scroll to the top of the file display area and click on 'Download' shown just below the 'New Folder' button. If you have selected multiple folders, a pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm if you would like to download the selected folders. If you click 'Okay' the folders will be downloaded.
