It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.net and .boxcdn.net. The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

Help › 'Someone' downloaded my files
'Someone' is any user who downloads a file from a shared link while not logged into Box.net.  You will find on your 'Updates' page various mentions of 'Someone has downloaded your file' if you have used the 'Shared' link feature to allow others to download your files.  Please note that 'Business' users can see a list of IP addresses associated with each mention of Someone within the 'Admin Console.'
