To delete a file or folder, select right-click on the file and select 'Delete'. You will be prompted with a confirmation.

From the list view of your Box account, you can also check the box to the right of a file (or any number of files), and then select 'Delete' at the top right. These options only appear when at least one file or folder is checked.
