When users cancel their account, they will not be issued refunds for their most recent (or any previous) billing. Annual subscribers who wish to cancel and request a refund may do so within 30 days of the day on which they were charged for their account; in these cases, only a partial refund equivalent to 80% of the annual fee will be returned. Please note that subscriptions are paid in advance, and not refunded based on usage or date of sign up.
