If you are a Business multi-seat administrator please contact an account manager at 1-800-875-8230 to cancel your account. If you are not a Business multi-seat users, please follow these steps:
- Sign into your Box.net account
- Select ‘Settings’ at the top right of the page.
- From the setting categories, select ‘Account/Upgrade’
- In this new page, choose 'click here for instructions on canceling your account'
- In this new page, you will be given directions on how to proceed with your cancellation.
If you have a question while canceling your account, you must give our email staff adequate time to respond to your message. Delays in our support system do not qualify as a reason to extend your trial period, or excuse canceling after 14 days. Cancellation requests sent via email will not be processed and will be replied to with an automatic response. You must use our form to process your cancellation.
