If you were invited to collaborate but you cannot see the 'Collaboration Folder,' please contact the person who invited you to re-invite you using the email address associated with your account. After that, you will then see the option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the invitation on your 'All Files' page.
If you are a 'Guest' user please note you will be unable to see Collaboration Folders which were not created by the owner of the account associated with your log in credentials. To gain access, please contact the owner of the collaboration folder to provide you 'Guest' or 'Collaborator' access to the folder.
