It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.net and .boxcdn.net. The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

Filters allow you to sort your files so you see only specific files or folders. Using this feature, you can filter your files by type (shared or collaborated) or tag.

To filter your files, click the 'Filters' button (located below the filepath, near the top of the page) and select the criteria (shared, collaborated, or tag) you would like to filter by. This will display only the files that have that characteristic (e.g. have been shared with others, if you select 'Shared'). To go back to your full (unfiltered) files view, click on 'MyBox' in the filepath near the top of the page.

Tip: A filtered view of 'Shared' files will allow you to see how often each file has been downloaded. This information is available under the file or folder name.
