Storage for Box Enterprise accounts is "pooled", meaning all the users in the Enterprise share in a single total storage quota, with individual account allocations determined by the Enterprise administrator. As such, each account in an Enterprise does not need to be the same size, in terms of storage.
If you are the administrator, you can change a user's storage allocation by clicking on the 'Actions' drop-down next to the username that corresponds with the account you would like to modify and selecting 'Change user settings'. On the page you are taken to, enter the user's new storage allocation next to 'Storage quota', then click 'Ok!'.
If you are an Enterprise user and require more storage space, please contact your administrator.
